Set EGG for indirect cooking at 450°F/232°C with a Baking Stone.
Lightly dust your work space with cornmeal and roll out your crust. Lightly brush with vegetable oil.
Peel and dice the apples. Mix in a medium sized bowl with the cornstarch, cinnamon, nutmeg and brown sugar. Place coated apples onto the dough.
In a separate medium sized bowl, mix together the flour, butter and brown sugar. Slowly add in the oatmeal. Top the apples with the mixture.
Dust your Pizza Peel and Baking Stone with cornmeal. Place the pizza on the Pizza Peel and transfer to EGG. You can make sure it doesn’t stick by lightly shaking the peel back and forth.
Move pizza from Pizza Peel to Baking Stone.
Bake for approximately 20 minutes until the crust is golden and the apples are slightly browned.
Remove from EGG using Pizza Peel and cut using Rockin Pizza Cutter. Drizzle with caramel topping.
