About the Role

Fleet-Plummer is looking for a part-time sales associate to join our women’s boutique team! If you enjoy fashion, like helping people find pieces they love, and want to work in a locally owned, family-operated store with a 77-year legacy in Greensboro, this role may be a great fit.

What You Will Do

• Greet customers and provide warm, attentive service on the sales floor
• Help clients find the right sizes, styles, and pieces, including apparel, jewelry, and accessories
• Keep the boutique beautiful by restocking, organizing, and maintaining a clean, inviting shopping environment
• Work closely with our existing staff to support a consistent, high-quality customer experience

Who We Are Looking For

• A genuine interest in women’s fashion and helping customers
• Friendly, approachable, and professional on the floor
• Comfortable working in a busy retail environment
• Dependable, with the ability to work at least some Saturday hours (we are closed on Sundays)

Schedule: Part-time. We are closed on Sundays. Store hours are Monday–Saturday, 9:30 AM–6:30 PM.

Compensation: Hourly pay based on experience.
