Fleet-Plummer, a 76-year-old family-owned specialty retailer, is looking for a Retail Sales & Operations Manager to partner directly with the owner. This role combines sales leadership in grills, fireplaces, outdoor kitchens, and outdoor furniture with operations management.

What You’ll Do

• Sell and close high-ticket outdoor products
• Coach and develop team members to drive results
• Manage merchandising and sales floor presentation
• Oversee the warehouse manager and serve as the contact point between warehouse and our store
• Act as the owner’s right hand in daily store management

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in retail leadership, preferably with big-ticket/home improvement sales
• Strong closer with consultative selling skills
• Comfortable managing both people and operations
• Leadership presence: professional, confident, and team-oriented
• Looking for a long-term career opportunity with room to grow
